Prepared a concept for a shared ownership model, inclusive marketing, advertising, web presence, etc. We started the marketing initiative and sales set-up for the hotel project in Boracay.

Retained by GATO AG, for capital procurement of US$ 85 million-equity and 125 million debt capital, making contacts and introducing the project as the first “stand-alone destination” in Oman, comprising 5 hotels with total 1,150 rooms, one 18-hole golf course, water park, entertainment, shopping, private villas, etc. This task included the selection, short-listing and pre-qualification of potential management companies, evaluating and negotiating their terms and conditions.
